Greek Thyme Fused Olive Oil

Our Greek thyme fused olive oil is made by combining early green Koroneiki olives with fresh cut thyme. Perfect as a finisher, drizzled on chicken noodle soup and pairs with the peach white balsamic or combined with the pomegranate dark balsamic for roasting lamb. Spectacular for caramelizing onions over low heat.
